Design your personal Debit Card

A $15.00 fee will be assessed to your account for a MyPics Studio Debit card at the initial time of creation and at renewal. Your card experation date will not change. This will cause you to have an additional $15.00 fee charged to your account when your card renews.

There are three options to choose from when designing your card. A full card photo, a 2″x2″ photo, or a 1×1 photo. There are also standard gallery images to choose from if you do not want to upload a picture. Please note that First State Bank of the South reserves all rights to reject a card design for any reason.

Terms and Conditions

If you do not currently have a card product with First State Bank of the South, you must first apply for one before designing a card.

 You agree to destroy your old card once you receive your new card and hold First State Bank of the South, Inc. harmless for any loss as a result of not doing so.

There is a $15.00 fee for ordering a custom card.  The fee will be deducted from your checking account.  If there are not sufficient funds to deduct from, your account you will be charged our standard overdraft fee plus a daily fee for as long as the account remains overdrawn. 

When you order a new card on a joint account the joint account holder will not receive a new card.  If they want a custom card as well, they will need to create one using the same process.  The expiration date of your card will not advance.  If you have any questions about this please contact your local branch. 

You warrant to First State Bank of the South, Inc. that: (i) you are the owner of the image (i.e. that image was take by you) or you have obtained express consent from the image’s owner to use the image on your personalized debit card; (ii) you have obtained express consent from any person whose image you use on your personalized debit card; (iii) use of the image by First State Bank of the South, Inc. will not infringe any other person’s rights, including intellectual property rights, in the image.

Upon submitting your image to First State Bank of the South, Inc. you represent and certify that you have sole rights to use the image and have obtained any necessary consent to allow First State Bank of the South, Inc. to alter, copy, print, distribute, prepare and to use the image or derivative works on the image on the customized credit card.  All images submitted must have the consent of the owner including those images downloaded from the internet.

Your personalized debit card remains the property of First State Bank of the South and you agree to immediately return it or destroy it if asked by First State Bank of the South, Inc. for any reason, or if the card or accounts that your Personalized debit card is linked to is closed.

 YOUR AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD FIRST STATE BANK OF THE SOUTH, INC., SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, THAT ARISE FROM YOUIR USE OF THE SERVICE.
